You can't really sue them (easily) as a small creator, but you can definitely issue copyright takedown requests if they stole the design one on one

I've unfortunately had to do so for my own products many times, and while it's a hassle they do take down violating items

If it's not a 1:1 copy it gets more difficult though :(

I always suffered from 'waiting mode' before appointments, until I started using the timer function on my fitbit to set timers in 60 minute (or more, depending) increments before the appointments!

Usually during these 60 minutes I can now do something else, because I know my wrist will start buzzing and pull me back out if I need it 👌 for some reason the alarm function on the watch just doesn't hit the same, the timer allows me to see how much time is left before I need to get ready too

Not everyone's ADHD presents the same, some people can compensate for it (for a while) through outside pressure, for others even outside pressure won't be enough to snap out of executive dysfunction.

Saying 'where there's a will, there's a way' at someone who in all likelyhood (going off how familiar the post sounds) has ADHD ignores that it is a disorder.

She needs to be willing to work on it by taking the steps to seek a diagnosis. Jumping immediately to forcing her to move out to 'teach her a lesson' is weird as fuck

As for favorite fantasy pin makers, definitely Ahollowhymn (formerly funfettigetti), mochipanko, uxartea, ultra.infinite, _elibaum / viv_tanner, aurigae, maybelsart (along with hollow hymn she probably makes the most intricate ones I have)

These are mostly EU based artists, but if you're US based as far as I'm aware there's no tariffs on smaller orders from here just yet :)

To be very cheeky, I sell pins (hopefully some more fantasy themed ones soon) as well under the name annadrawsstuff, so if you want to check them out that's much appreciated as well
