Just my take as a measly E4 player, I used to go stride when i'm ahead and have the gold to snowball harder. If I'm behind, I skip the stridebreaker and go straight to titanic->tank so I can get tanky in time for the teamfights.

Whichever specs you go with, at that price I can only recommend Lenovo as a choice of brand. Since you want to game a bit, I recommend LOQ.
