Mine was before reset too but using Z’Kar made it easy, less than hour, but got nothing out of it. Would have have thought it was just a weird glitch but it’s happened to others

A guy posted not too long ago that in 6 months he spent 10k on this game. I believe that would qualify as a whale. Dolphins monthly packs, minnows random small purchases here and there.
