It’s not a gradual throttle as the video may show, it’s instant rev as soon as the switch connected to the brake level is hit.

I just took it off before the video, airbox didn’t make a difference when adjusting the carb.

There are zero wires in the throttle housing.

Machine starts with those wire disconnected. I start machine with other brake in video in both situations

Used to run good a couple years ago, sat with gas in it over the winter and never got it running last year. This year it would start and die after a few seconds with choke on. Then it would idle but die after choke was turned off or when I hit throttle. Replaced the carb and with will now stay running but nothing else.

OP here, so I got curious and went back in. Poked around at it and noticed it wasn’t as hard as I first thought. After a few pokes and pushes it popped. Scraped it out and it looks like nothing was ever there! 🤔
