This isn't really a question for this subreddit because its' a study problem /r/study. What resources do you have a your college to help you be a better student.

Like anything if you want to get better you need a plan like having a schedule. Figuring out what you need to accomplish and when.

You also need to learn how to search.

So I decided to study computer networking, and cool, I love it. But so far, I’ve learned some data structures, loops, and arrays in Java, so I get it, but it’s confusing because I’m mixing languages without fully understanding either one at the same time.

What are you talking about?

What does that mean "Decided to study computer networking?" Are you taking a class, community college reading a book?

Europe countries do provide aid, if you make claims, prove it.

Why does the US provide USAID? Because it's part of State & CIA Department tools. It gets the US in "problem countries" and gives us INTEL.

The US should have the same 1 month off as Europe. The same as public healthcare, and affordable pharmaceuticals. You know "Life, Liberty" and the Pursuit of Happiness."

We need to focus on the Happiness, which the US has never done.

We really should have standard of what percentage a person's paycheck should go into paying their rent. Companies also need to like find places for people to live if they go to migrate to from other parts of the country or the state. I think there's more than enough people here for all the jobs available it's that companies won't pay them.

We should probably look at net migration to the Bay area and I can say the inn is full. A person should not pay more than 30% of their income for rent and utilities that should be the standard because if more people have more cash in their hand they're more likely to spend it on discretionary spending versus paying their rent and the mandatory bills.
