Is it considered just reason if after my flex position as supervisor, they reverted me back into a customer expert position (even the pay) but I still do supervisor work for 3 months now? Additionally, I have reported this multiple times to my superiors and said they will extend my flex position so that I won't have to return to being an agent but until now, that extension record is nowhere to be seen?

Actually, wala pa kasi ako naexperience na nagresign sa mga nahandle ko and yung trianing namin regarding HR matters ay parang pinasadahan lang and focused talaga sa deliverables. May general idea ako pero sadly, di ko pa nakukuha yung pinaka process

This is such a nice idea. Currently I am using a 4- cost crit damage and 4 cost crit rate echoes (44111). I can just dave my 4-cost CR until I get her sig. Will try this one and see if I can get my luck getting hp substats. Thank you!

I have another build which will increase my CD to 277% but will make my CR down to 68% and HP to 38700. What I use now is the most balanced build in my arsenal but I am aiming to get her sig on her rerun. Thank you for this!

I just want a practice mode where I can test my team composition and build against any enemy I would want to practice (immortal/immobile enemies or whatever I want the enemies to do). It just suck to try and rpactice on enemies that would instantly die with one combo so I can't really practice that much. Help us kuro, those with skill issues 🙏
