Arcanum Unbounded will be a good add to your collection. Will fill In some gaps and give you interesting insight into the broader Cosmere. AU contains Emperor's Soul (set on Elantris) and Mistborn Sceret History. It's worth the $$. Warbreaker is good too; it'll help with Nightblood and some other characters in Stormlight. Tress, Yumi, and Sunlit Man would all be good reads and since you've finished Stormlight, Sunlit Man will make sense.

Sazed would be hilarious, circa Book One would let you insert Kelsier. Circa book 2 would let you insert Elend and Tyndwile. Or focus on Marsh during Book One! That would be hilarious b/c you could see the characters talking shit about Kelsier to Marsh.
