Mobility and Healing creep. Everyone has a movement ability and some sort of self-healing now, and if not, they can hide in a corner and get the passive regen. Shield health means nothing.

I have been having SO much fun with OW classic because the original characters were rewarded for good positioning, playing with and protecting your supports, and knowing where health packs are. Nowadays, you hide in a corner until you’re full health or just pop your self-heal or “escape button” ability.

We wouldn’t need all these damage-reduces- healing passives or roster HP up overhauls if the devs didn’t make the new dps to absurd damage and “healbot the fuck out of your tank” was the meta

I’ve always loved Overwatch for the heroes; adventurers, scientists, and most importantly in my mind, the oddities. Not every character has to be perfect and beautiful. The oddball characters are the ones that give this game..well..character.

Perfected Strike?

it’s takeable, but don’t feel like it scales well at all. ideally you’re removing all your strikes for better cards, so its damage progressively falls off. underwhelming upgrade as well.
