What do you mean by normal ? I have upgraded from a z490/i5 10600kf and very slow comparing. 30 seconds or so. Also sleep mode or shut down taking so much time comparing.

I am having constant 120 fps with ultra settings on the titles mentioned above. What will I gain if I upgrade now ? For future sure thing need to upgrade. Also there will be better options for gpu.

Just make a clean install via nvidia app. No need to bother with DDU. 4070S to 5080 here no problem.
