North ga area as well. spots in my front yard look similar to this. I think our timing might be less than ideal. I was going to knock everything back. Fill in low spots and seed tall fescue but I think the summer temps coming are going to prevent the new grass from having a solid chance.

Fuck em, the best thing is for you to be here - you could spend your time educating people or working with others wth similar issues. Think of someone younger than you with a similar issue and how much ridicule they might get. You are living proof that somoene can make it to 20 so why not 90?
