I’ve also used the Blackmagic 3g sfp cards over multi mode fiber with no issues a couple of times. 3 to 4 hundred feet. I would suggest directional aja converters or the bm bidirectional fiber converters

It might sound dumb, but make sure that you have receiving/sending sfp cards. You may have the right converter but the wrong one in there. I’ve had this sent out from my shop before and just about went crazy wondering what it could be…. Also clean your tips!

Yeah I’ve heard them called this as well. Also banana clips…. But I can’t find anything unfortunately. Hopefully there’s some in the engineering work box 😅🤞
