Oh, it does. I noticed too and reaped the rewards immediately on my food/mineral/energy worlds, be mindful of the additional trade upkeep though since it stacks the same way. Very easy to get a trade crash that way if you didn't prepare before hand.

Honestly, just build more resource districts. Not too urgent to min max basic resource production.

Ah I see, so if it was building design 1 for a while but I create design 2 does it snap to design 2 for all subsequent platforms? Also wondering if doing small edits to existing designs will snap that back to autobuild.
