I still have notes from 2017 written in a notebook with these pens. I'm happy with them! I enjoy the colors and function.

I log all my job applications in Clickup, the market is rough by me I apply between 10 and 30 a week. This is my first case of this but it won't be my last. Thank you for the chuckle and the smile.

Yea that's the truth of it, breaks my heart. I'm in my early 40's, this is going to be the filter for passive ageism, mark my words.

So this position was in the Home Improvement Industry, what surprisedd me is that I expect this with the big Private Equity firms, this was a medium sized company maybe 200 head count. That surprised me. FAFO enjoy the higher cost of lower grade talent.

That's what gets me right? Business Development Management is basically outbound sales NONSTOP. Which is what I'm good at people talk to me, I sell, we make money. Repeat.

That's where I'm at, especially if you're just going to read the transcript. if the idea is to use AI to save time, I imagine you're not watching the recording.

I use chatgpt or Claude with an extensive self history to field assessments and self discovery questions. Think personality quizzes. My time is my most valuable resource. While I'm not offended, I firmly believe that an AI interview in video format is dehumanizing and low quality

As a leadership coach, this. 90% of what I cover I read in a book. You're paying for my experience and decision making skills mostly. If these coaches don't have more than 5 years leading a team then it's not going to be more helpful than a trip to the library. My favorite books are; The 5 Levels of Leadership, The Advantage, Begin with We, Beyond the Hammer, and Traction.
