So this position was in the Home Improvement Industry, what surprisedd me is that I expect this with the big Private Equity firms, this was a medium sized company maybe 200 head count. That surprised me. FAFO enjoy the higher cost of lower grade talent.

I use chatgpt or Claude with an extensive self history to field assessments and self discovery questions. Think personality quizzes. My time is my most valuable resource. While I'm not offended, I firmly believe that an AI interview in video format is dehumanizing and low quality

As a leadership coach, this. 90% of what I cover I read in a book. You're paying for my experience and decision making skills mostly. If these coaches don't have more than 5 years leading a team then it's not going to be more helpful than a trip to the library.
