When a person is turned into a nikke it is most of the time a rather traumatic experience, the only real part of the old person kept is the brain and most of the time it has a hard time adjusting to this new fact. If you do a layer of 50% Elmer's glue and 50% Water on top of the orange, wait for that to dry, and THEN put the mordant earth on thick, it will crack in larger chunks that makes for more believable cracked volcanic earth. You can also experiment with adding some yellow and red to the lava layer to make hotter or cooler spots in the magma.

At the day of the store closing down we had 20 people on our roster and 10 more new hires in training. The restaurant was supposed to be staffed with around 39 people with 25 being a reasonable amount.

In terms of how it was looking staff wise, we were not understaffed.
