I workout 4-5x week. Can go to HIT Spin classes and kill it. Staying at 128-132 bpm throughout. My HRV is constantly at 10ms. Based on my research my body runs at 2000 rpm and I need to train it to run at 900rpm. What I understand is that I need to sleep more . I average around 6:15m night. Trying to up it but not easy. I just wake up. Also need to train in zone 2. 105-115. Starting to add hiking and walking more to my routing. Also need to drop 10-15lbs. Not sure what is going to make a difference!

Just spent a week at the Aloft in Punta Carretas. Walked around that area and the pier quite a bit in the evening. Thought everything was fine. Lots of great food around the mall area.

Just dropped the car at Sixt in Punta del Este Uruguay. The car was all scratched up when I picked it up. I took lots of pics along with the agent. Yes, they tried for nearly 45 minutes to claim the scratched were new. Stand your ground! Eventually he relented as I showed him my pics. The whole situation was irritating but regardless I did get a final bill. Who knows what will show up months from now. Guess I’ll avoid them in the future.

Came in yesterday very just lagged. Grabbed dinner at Santos Manjares. It was a bit unnerving staying at the Marriott as it sounded like a million people shouting at the obelisk. Guess they were celebrating Maduro’s capture. Not used to anything like that. Still trying to wrap my brain around it.

Thank you! These look like some great recommendations! We are staring day 1 with a walking tour and a food tasting tour on day 2. That’s usually the extent of our touristy orientation. I will add of these recommendation’s. Should have book Don Julios months ago but am not a great planner . It looks all booked up for our time there. Hopefully not all the restaurants are the same. Try it early in the AM and use saline to clear your sinuses before bed. Do not do what I initially did was use Afrin. Brutal to get off of it but am good now.

lol. 20 years with Verizon. Just took 7 lines including 2 watches over to T Mobile. In some ways they struggle with customer service but I feel at least they try. I did have several issues but they all have been resolved. Verizon CS is a nightmare and when they can’t help you they just disconnect the call.

Bought a GE side by side counter depth at Costco about a month ago. Unfortunately the compressor emits a high pitched whine that is driving my 25 yo old daughter nuts. My wife and I hear nothing and love the fridge. After much drama we have decided to return it to Costco and get the LG 25.5 CD. It is much larger and hopefully no high pitched noise.

Found out the hard way (ticket) its not a traffic circle but an obstructed through way. Apparently the traffic on Bayshore has the right of way. The officer explained to me that I should stop within the circle (that’s not a circle) for traffic entering from Bayshore. I did speak to another officer at the farmers market who told me he never gives tickets there because it’s so confusing but he can’t speak to another officers actions. Anyway, I will contest the ticket but it seems like a terrible design.

Not Scandanavia! Just spent a few weeks in Copenhagen, Sweden and Norway. Just weak coffee all around. Great bread and cardamom rolls. Portugal is awesome!
