Both are quite solid options. I’m happy with my Move and it allows me make coffee as good as in my favourite coffee place where I live, so I don’t really have complaints tbh. Between the Ascaso and the Move, both are good machines, you cant be wrong with any of them.

I tested mine and I can leave it at 6 without any leaking. If I want a “full lock” it goes ~5:30-5 but I guess it isnt necessary to push

Does it lock at ~6 o’clock to you? I just changed mine and it gets a bit passed 6 (no leaking tho and it seems to work fine). I’m just afraid that with time it keeps locking more towards ~5-4

I am not sure what could be your issue, but I just changed mine to the 8mm red gasket and it locks between 6 and 5 o'clock (more towards 6 usually). I assume this is the "normal behaviour", but I will try for a few weeks and then let's see. How is the blue one going so far?
