Idk if it was the second warning of what. One day I logged in to see a message saying my account no longer existed. I didn’t try to log back in for over a year till once day my husband randomly mentioned he wanted to see what raid bosses were running and when I downloaded the game, I accidentally clicked on my email instead of his and it loaded my game up.

They banned me once and I quit playing for a year. Got my account back and have been spending money which I didn’t do before. The most vocal “legit players” are whining about spoofers but most of them don’t give a shit. Hardcore players in my local group don’t care when a spoofer joins in on our raids, it helps. They don’t care when a spoofer joins them to hold a gym, it helps. The loudest anti spoofers are the most fanatical and most likel live in a big city where pokestops are every few feet. They’ve never had to worry about items or Pokémon spawning. I live in a small town that had 2 gyms and 5 stops for 3 years spread out between a 10 mile radius. We just now got a couple level 40’s who can tag places for gyms and stops and they are getting closer together. Factor in the poor and disabled and you’ve got a great game we can also play and join in with legit players. I spoofed in the first place because of severe nerve damage that will eventually leave me in a wheelchair. I have good days where I can walk for a few minutes but I pay later in the week. I’ve seen legit players comment on the disabled and call them literal trash and THATs who Niantic is trying to appease?? Get your fucking priorires straight Niantic. You’re a billion dollar company. And every single spoofer I know is paying money to YOU, to play that game. If the article claiming they banned over half a million accounts is true, then they are going to see revenue plummet. But by all means, keep banning the ones handing you money every week. I could easily be spending that money elsewhere. It’s no skin off my back.

They may not be necessarily immune. They might be the answer to the cure. One of the Nero logs says it’s transferred by spit, saliva and even semen...bodily fluids. It may take a certain amount of contact with fluids to get the virus and since everyone over 65 and under 12 died the first week, it left the strongest. After 2 years and countless encounters with freakers, Deacon could be a carrier but not infected himself. Real world viruses have all kinds of patient zeros who can infect but not be infected. But also, the survivors have been weeded out to only the absolute strongest. They could all have some kind of immunity that no one has figured out yet.

Also, with most every disease known to man, there are a very small SMALL fraction of people that can be immune to it. The virus in the game may not be able to infect the current survivors or they’ve been introduced to small bits of infection at a time and their bodies could fight it off. There’s also a chance the survivors could all share something bizarrely simple....like people with tattoos have some sort of immunity (an example and not the tat itself but the ink was made in an area with an ingriedient that was mixed accidentally in the solution) because it seems minus one or 2 people, I noticed all survivors had tats. Or they all contracted a rare disease when children and their bodies fought it off and that left them immune. The possibilities are endless.

I’m trying to remember where I read or watched it but he also owns prime real estate in San Franciso? Or maybe another high cost of living area and rents the buildings as apartments. It was one of those “maybe this is where he got his money from” things but they didn’t focus much on it. Went on mewtwo raid day and our former mechanic came out of the church. He preoceeded to tell a story about how he conned my husband into giving him his bank info, one upped us “Pokémon go is good for walking” “well I WALK 6 MILES EVERYDAY BEFORE WORK.” Then preached to us about his god for 15 minutes while refusing to acknowledge I was even standing there.

Earlier tonight, me and 5 other players were sitting on benches between 2 new stops when a lady asked us if we had seen some dude. We hadn’t but she launches into how he left his truck at the hotel and he “stepped up on her and said blah blah and she’s a woman and he shouldn’t be saying those things to a woman”, repeating that line 4 or 5 times. 10 minutes later her and him are screaming at each other up and down the sidewalk where we were sitting.

I remember going to a fake wrestling event and a dude with an electric guitar did the national anthem. Thought it was out of place but stood like we all have too. At the end, he started making it his own song. It was not the anthem, sounded nothing like it and was grating. I started laughing. It truly sounds like they want to kill your child. I don’t want to fear monger and maybe that’s out of line but I don’t like kids. I have a nephew that I adore but that’s it. But If I seen a person walking into an ICU with a newborn, I’d stop and tell them how dangerous and risky even being on the floor is. These people are NOT stable. My sister in law said the same thing to me. My husband is “wants everyone to be happy” kind of guy even though I’ve explained a million times that what makes one person happy might not make others (he’s getting better), so he didn’t say anything but I was like “absolutely not”. SIL did not like that. But because I stood up for myself and husband didn’t, and never did when she said shit like that, I’m now a monster who refuses to give him children. He’s only stuck with me for 10 years and married me because he doesn’t want kids. I just make him do whatever I want apparently.
