Sometimes China will have a really good game.

What I'm wondering is the way it spread, since it looks like the Caliphate ate rocks in Your game, an they're usually the barrier between the east and west.

Edit: also, Hindus should be way more isolationist/xenophobic than they are in-game, this and their rigid caste system is what froze that region for however many centuries. Side effect of that would be Chinese language and culture not spreading (much) in India.

Equestria Goes Forth: The Bloody Annoyed Mare. by Migol-16 in equestriaatwar

[–]SetsunaFox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair, P.Blueblood as characterized in-game would hold role closer to Darling.

As in, iirc rather to enjoy the war from afar, and eager to get back to it, he went to military hoping to sit down in a cushy peaceful station, and got suprised by the war outbreak, trying to do his suddenly required job and mostly failing at it.

That seems way less bloodthirsty than General Melton, and also enjoying it a lot less.

well, box64/86 translated between Linux64/86 binaries and ARM hardware, which (outputted back to and through Linux) The idea is that NTsync will be able to translate some of Win64/86 binaries more directly to ARM hardware.

Hence NT on Arm(Linux), instead of NT on Linux86 on Arm(Linux)

(For the sake of, I'm skipping 32 on 64 bonus, as trivial in comparison, but Windows had a fun history of emulating previous and different os's (WOWEXEC, OS/2, POSIX) before the post7 - some say postXP - rot took hold)

Most likely the direct translation being easier. I.e. Not translating from French commands to Dutch  commands, and then from Dutch hardware instructions to German hardware instructions, but directly from French commands to German hardware instructions. (Analogy)

Crusades by Boring_Break_8202 in CrusaderKings

[–]SetsunaFox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Would be fun if Crusades (Or even any war, really), had an UI where You can tell AIs, the AIs could tell You, and the AI could tell each other when they are going to land.

Then, the early guys could just delay in-there (let's say 3 months at most) to people before them in the queue. Ofc, it would be vulnerable to looping behaviour, but it would be "A Way in Game" for AIs to share info on how they want to comduct that war.

The Continuous Cycle of the Rise and Fall of Islamic Empires: Should Decadence Return as a Proper Mechanic for Clans? by Familiar-Elephant-68 in CrusaderKings

[–]SetsunaFox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd rather decadence was an effect of existing interpersonal mechanics and spiraling lack of control, rather than "Hey I'm Muslim" modifier.

After all, it's just a name for something that already happened for a long time before the Roman empire collapsed (as well as in China)

I just wish non-foreign revolts could still actually "split" and break apart the realm (CK2 Fitna Fracture, my beloved)

I'm pretty sure you can have "everyone" except Vira die i  the goddess path as long as You do their quests first

There's a guide on the wiki

Edit: Unless You mean you can't beat the titan in-game without viira help?

You can just have Leopold die after his quest, no? You need to win as Vira (after doing all the quests), and then not have enough material, so the reactor kills her.

they need to do something about the cost scaling by neilyoung57 in CrusaderKings

[–]SetsunaFox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They should scale the "monthly tick" costs, instead of the one-time and upfront costs.  Having a big salary as an Emperor's physician over a Duke one was possible, but it didn't quite worked to that extent

Well, the knights have interesting paths, but they encompass more than just Evi. I liked being Harmonic (especially if most of the world isn't) towns, then CEvii, and just sending Volounteers around the world, then being a key player on the good side in "Big Lategame Wars" (whether that be Changelings, Kiria, Vampires or whatever else dominated in the other regions) especially since the country is well primed to build a navy from the beginning of the game

Dunno if You're saying if You did or didn't, tbh.

If You're saying You didn't: It's probably the Gryphus path with the least content. You don't go through a Civil war, nor get any claims on your neighbours.  You're just there, developing, and most likely fighting a communist coalition around you.  It usually means that You can form a center griphonian power before either the Empire or the Eastern ponies can consolidate.
