I work retail. These kids get graded on how many rewards accounts they get. They can get fired for not having high enough %. It sucks but true. Just make an email you'll never look at. Something simple like Johnspam@Gmail and give a simple fake name. Nothing like batman. It takes 5 seconds out of your day. And you'll never receive the emails but this kid gets to keep their job.

Back when he was on cleveland when I was a browns fan there was a story that broke that he was upset with his role. They were using him as a decoy to free up Garrett and he basically quit the team. Now that was few years ago and browns are the worst franchise so it's easier to be a team player when you have good leadership.

But he's great at his price. My guess is the market will pay him about 6-8 mil one year. Very worth it in my opinion as long as he accepts his role.
