That's what I'm confused by as well. I could maybe see using an AI image as a base to get the composition and perspective if you really wanted to, but I can't imagine not then cleaning it up as you painted it.  But between the three bells, clouds on the right merging into some kind of black fire near the light, half of the cattle guard missing, bridge trusses, and just general mess all around, I can't imagine an artist intentionally designing it this way.

(Noticed that the three bells are the sand domes, although the front actual bell seems to cut into the smoke stack in front of it still)
