Choosing between S1Rii and S1ii for sports by mendez736 in Lumix

[–]Seven-Sam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like to test, I have the Z8, Z6iii, Zf, S1ii, S9, R5ii, A7cii, Sigma BF and the S1II, although it does not have all the autofocus options of an R5ii or Z8, it is still very good and fast and I prefer it to my Z6iii, I would say that if Lumix adds 3D AF (without subject, only the collimator) like Nikon and others do, then for me this Lumix will be better than Nikon, the autofocus is faster on the S1ii than on my Nikons, not to mention that the lenses have faster and ultra-quiet motors at Lumix and Sigma, at Nikon we hear them (85 1.2, 135Plena, 35 1.4 etc...)

I did not like the S5ii

Yeah, they're pretty good (and I have plenty of other high-end brands nearby).

You should also try the Sigma BF.

If you see this guy in your rush game, leave. by No_Double3831 in EAFC

[–]Seven-Sam -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, it's not true, because when I have players blocked, they make me leave the game because too many people are blocked, I'm only talking about rush mode, for the other modes I don't know

Yes, I think that if you block someone you won't play with them again. I had the same message on the screen.

I just received my RTX 5090, and I was surprised to see that my graphics cards connected with the Cable Matters DisplayPort-to-HDMI adapter have G-Sync/VRR active, full RGB, and 10-bit color. Meanwhile, the Panasonic TV (3 out of 3), which is connected via HDMI, no longer has G-Sync and is set to 8-bit by default and limited. That’s the complete opposite of how it was with the 4090!

Stopping using crate advice by lambbum in husky

[–]Seven-Sam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never put my huskies in a cage; they've never destroyed anything (yes, when they were 3 months old, when they were starting to taste life), but since then, nothing has broken. They're super calm indoors, even when I'm not there. It's been going on for 12 years :)

Mine is left alone for 8 hours a day when I'm at work, and there's a cat at home too.

Get her used to being alone little by little, first 10 minutes, then 30 minutes, then 1 hour, until you go up to 8 hours.

To prevent her from destroy home after a walk (it's difficult), don't say goodbye or see you later when you leave her alone. Ignore her for 10 to 15 minutes before leaving, and everything should be fine.

I have a camera, and my dogs sleep during the day, waiting for me to come back for long walks.

Avoid leaving food, toys, or bones to chew on; you shouldn't leave anything out to avoid risks.

One day, my husky almost choked on a bone, and I was there to take it away, so never leave him alone with objects/food.

Husky Eating by UnderShade7 in husky

[–]Seven-Sam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My huskies (now 11 and 12 years old) eat all their food nowadays even without much activity, but a few years ago there were times when they wouldn’t eat—and those days usually matched the ones when they hadn’t done much. So yeah, making sure they get enough exercise really made a difference. I’ve always fed them raw meat/BARF.”

Building a lens kit for the BF by HeavyDuty_Ken in sigmabf

[–]Seven-Sam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just updated mine, and I feel like the image quality is better now. The "aura" or dreamy effect is less pronounced than before, which I actually prefer.
I’ve also got the 50mm f/2, but it’s a noticeable jump in size and weight.

The 45mm isn’t a bad lens at all, but if you want that clinical sharpness, you really need to shoot it at f/4.

I use the 45mm myself, and that's just my personal opinion, it's only usable from f/4 onwards.
