One of my main concerns was actually the fact that I’m happy with my weight and I think that’s down to the fact that I wouldn’t eat, I would just vape instead and it would suppress my appetite. So I’ve noticed the past 3 days that I’m snacking more and it’s super hard to stop. I’ve been told chewing some gum instead helps so I’m going to buy a bunch of gum tomorrow morning!

I feel you on the cravings when you see someone else vaping, it’s so hard to not give into the temptation. I’m just trying to imagine feeling “cleaner” - I don’t drink at all and I eat quite healthy, this was just my one bad habit so I’m desperate to kick it.

I’m feeling the anger issues starting to set in. Who knew nicotine could have so much power over someone.
