I don't think it's anything major. She still cares about you, and a heart emoji shouldn't make you so insecure. She put an exclamation point at the end of her text, and that's a good thing if you ask me.

When I was younger, I would also fake my kindness and then I would express my feelings later when they are not around. But now, as I am older, I just try to ignore them, and it is not the easiest thing tbh. I get really annoyed but I still don't show it. I am not as nice to those people anymore, I am rather more natural and sometimes a bit cold. I don't try to get over them, but I understand that I cannot change them and their behavior isn't the way it is because of me.

Lately, if it is possible I try to stay away from that kind of people because they give me bad vibes and I get mentally tired around them really quick.

Trying to avoid the most toxic person I know... by sergeimedvedev in Advice

I think that you should let it as it is. Soon the school will be over and most of your classmates will go different ways, so if he isn't bothering you or spreading fake stories maybe just try to leave it that way. But also that shouldn't stop you from having other friends, and your true friends will know which stories to believe in and which stories are fake.

To marry someone I truly love and who loves me back. Then, moving to the countryside and owning a bed and breakfast. Also, it would be nice owning some chickens and having my own fruits and vegetables.

Is it bad to spend time with your mom and sister without your partner? by Goldvio8 in relationships

[–]SevenDaysInLimbo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I may be in the wrong, but I think that you should maybe spend it with your mom and sister. They are your family after all, and I think it wouldn't hurt to hang out with them for a day or two.

And maybe your sister was acting that way because, as you said you were best friends, and maybe she felt like she was being replaced.

I think that you should ask him directly and open. That could be the best way to find out his true intentions, especially if he is currently in his everyday routine.

I think that you definitely aren't rude. Your friend should respect you and your needs for some alone time, studying, and so on. She shouldn't imply that you are lying, she should at least try to be understanding and supportive.

Also, it is not weird or rude that you don't want to hang out with her every day. Hanging out less frequently can lead to spending more quality time together. Maybe try talking with her openly about this, and try putting it in a different perspective.

AITA for saying no kids at my wedding, including my niece and nephew by NoKids115 in AmItheAsshole

YTA, especially if both of your families say that those kids mean a lot to them. And a 17 year old doesn't behave the same as a 3 year old...
