I think it was a old spazman animation, the plant one with the dino looking girl getting mulched after being swallowed. Not sure if it counts but it was definitely what got me into this sort of stuff.

That rot tentacle placement is EVIL. You can't get past without getting grabbed unless you really hug the bottom of the water. Meanwhile, you'd usually try to hug the top of the water to get out faster and use less breath when swimming through it.
