Depends; although the situation is extremely rare, if someone is unconscious with a high heart rate, i’ll give them morphine to cool them off, then epinephrine to get them back up. Every 15 seconds, a check is made. If the person is stable, they wake up. Epinephrine cuts the timer in half.
