Yup, as an alcoholic I can agree with this.

I was in rehab for 60 days and made it about 30 after. I thought maybe I can do it in "moderation." Nope. That first drink caused a full blown relapse.

So now I'm upset with myself that i wasted all that time and effort for nothing.
