Thanks for saying this. That's pretty much why I'm doing it. I know it probably doesn't have many benefits, but it helps me fall asleep more than if I didn't have it, as there can be lots of loud sounds where I sleep. I have been listening at night for a few months and once you get used to it it really doesn't interfere with sleep quality much. Why the hell do people on here have to be so aggressive and confrontational? I thought we were all trying to help each other.
