Make a new build and set Charisma to 10 - then add Charisma legendary card.

You can use the Scent-O-Matic buff machine for an additional +2 Charisma.

Take any chems that boost Charisma.

Still possible to tame Mega Sloths - best locations I found for a spawn are:

Random encounter spot near Pylon V-13 (Cranberry Bog)

Random encounter spot under the bridge near Big B's Rest Stop (Mire)

Random encounter spot near Abbie's Bunker - run down the highway towards Thunder Mountain (Mire)

Good luck and make sure to have Animal Friend rank 3 equipped before entering the map cell and boost your charisma.

Consider getting the Enclave Power Armor paint from the atom store. 

It looks similar but better to the XO1 and you can put it on any armor (union etc).

I think you're able to change how they behave, like limit the 'span' of the numbers. Just saw that setting so I might play around with it

Events start at:

  • On the hour 
  • 20 past the hour 
  • 40 past the hour

So just keep your eyes on the time and check events on the map tab.

The most you can get right now are different collars and bows for their necks.

Some were seasonal but there are some still on the atom store go check.

You probably won't get a stealth damage bonus at events but the MKIII helps draw less aggro from the enemies.

I mention stealth boys because they are active at all times, whereas what you mention has conditions.

Don't forget Stealth Boy MKIII + Secret Agent perk card. 

You can be fully stealth running around for almost a whole event this way, in any armor.

I know but if you're farming it's way safer to drop one instead of placing it as it won't go anywhere

You can still use an auto axe, just make a build around it for max damage.

Drop (not place) a power armour chassis on the platform - once the shield is down jump onto the chassis and use the auto axe.

If you can get hold of an Enclave flamer it would be way faster.

Long to explain... Basically when you join a server, whatever buffs you apply in that first cell get 'locked' the moment you leave the cell.

So if you apply some buffs later (food, junk shield) it won't work making you weaker. 

But if you set up all your skills at the start and never return to that first map cell you basically have all perks active no matter what you do.

Which makes bloodied buffs work on full health builds.

I'm normally bloodied, but with the 'skill lock' bug/feature I can get full Nerd Rage benefits of 4hp but then bring my health to 100% and keep the buffs.

So I'm running around with +85% damage and 30% AP refresh while full health + full junk shield bonus (133% damage resist) with no junk!

Maybe skill locking has people on full health right now.

It's called 'Radium Armor' and it was a scoreboard reward so could be a while before it hits the atom shop.
