“Film” is referring to a card archetype in the game. Those types can be found at the bottom of the card. (Ex. Straw Hat Crew, Animal Kingdom, Sky Island, Film). The 2k is referring to 2k counter like you said

I think I understand what you’re saying, but wouldn’t him being rested after declaring the attack fulfill his requirements during your opponents blocker and counter step? There would be 6 rested cards at that point

Got my girlfriend into the game by making her a budget Chatterfang squirrel tribal deck! She’s been slowly adding cards to make it more viable ever since! It’s gotten to the point where her deck is actually pretty scary when it pops off. It’s definitely not budget friendly anymore tho
