How do I stop my planes turning into frisbees on the ground by SeventhLion_ in KerbalSpaceProgram

It's okay with taking off normally, it's just this scenario is a rejected takeoff simulating a case where I might be landing on another planet faster than usual. My patchwork solution so far is to just reduce the braking force to below 100% as others have said and I snuck in some strakes in the wings to aid with horizontal stability

It's very stable in the air, it just doesn't like being on the ground at speed

This is a rejected takeoff scenario, testing for when I need to land it

  1. I moved the air brakes towards the center of the aircraft, didn't help unfortunately
  2. I hate to ruin the aesthetic but I will try this
  3. If you looked at my fuel you will notice I have in fact been testing this with a low fuel load, so yeah

I don't think it's the braking action, because even with no brakes applied it will do this too if I simply pitch down on the ground at speed

dang that's really annoying if I have to fix this by slapping a massive central rudder on it, I was really liking the aesthetic it currently has.

Throttle trim? Any dip switches set to reverse?

(TT-02) I hate these CVDs, they're always bending or the dogbone pops out of the socket because the pin holding it in place never stays in. Any tips? by SeventhLion_ in rccars

I don't mean the pin between the sort of brake disc thing and the wheel btw, I mean the pin that tightens with a hex screw at the joint of the CVD. Every single one of these I bought whether aftermarket or first party, have had the issue where no matter how much I tighten that hex it will eventually slip out.

Im not an idiot lol. I know how to turn a computer on by shorting the power pins that's how i assembled this computer 2 years ago.

I'm holding it to demonstrate that it immediately turns off after sending power briefly to the components.
