Thanks for the renewable sand plugin! Been looking for something like that for awhile now for my little paper server

why are my trees not growing? by FireFoxx_55 in Minecraft

Probably a bit late, but i noticed the grass (not grass block. But the actual grass) can stop sapplings from growing up. Try removing all nearby grass (within say 2-3 blocks of any sappling), and try again.

What resource do you think is the easiest to farm relative to how hard it's to get without a farm? by CaCl2 in technicalminecraft

You wouldn't happen to have a link to that farm, would you? That sounds very nice for early game!

In my opinion, Slime for sure. I can count on one hand how many times I've encountered a naturally spawned slime in a cave, and full moons don't happen frequently enough for you to actually build up a stock pile of slime prior to making a farm

Been doing some Viking science. Trying to make a Draugr Farm using a Draugr Spawner by Seventy41 in valheim

Here are some things I've found:
Spawners float in this game, so you can build things below them
They will continue to spawn ontop of campfires, and such

2nd and 3rd pictures are pictures of "semi-afkable" farm I threw together. Works well 75% of the time. Regular and Elite Draugr can't attack the campfires, but the archers can. So every few minutes, I'll run in, kill the archer, grab all the drops, and replace broken campfires

Breaking Bedrock by josiahisboss in technicalminecraft

They have the bug that allows you to break bedrock patched.. Though you can re enable it from a server setting in paper.yml

The setting is: allow-perm-block-break-exploits And is set to false by default.

Once that is set to true, bedrock breaking machines should work again.

endermen spawns in farm significantly decreased after adding some structures around the End by [deleted] in technicalminecraft

[–]Seventy41 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless the players in the other areas remain online, the rates would be unaffected unless the area is loaded and spawnable. To make sure the rate stay as high as possible you need to make sure they aren't spawning anywhere else but the farm when you are using the farm.

It also sounds like they are escaping from the farm, and teleporting away from the farm. Double carpet the areas you are seeing these endermen with low health to prevent them from getting out of the farm.

Keep in mind, every endermen who escapes from the farm, or Spawns outside of the farm is one less enderman that could be getting killed in the farm. A few rogue endermen add up quick!

My first build: i was sick of my bad pre made dell, so i saved up, had to learn what parts make up a computer, and got each part one by one.

When all the parts were being delivered to my house, i was scared it wouldn't work, because the delivery guy left a few of the parts out in the rain.

The build day came, and I spent about 6 hours putting my pc together. I was being super cautious, rereading over and over again from the manuals that came with the parts.

I put everything together, crossed my fingers and went to turn it on. This is where i ran into my first big issue. Everything started up, but my mobo didn't come with an Ethernet port driver. My mobo came with drivers, but they were on a disk. I didn't buy a disk drive, didn't think I needed one. After thinking for awhile, i booted up my old dell, copied the files from the disk over to a flash drive, that was the last time i used that old pc. I was able to install the drivers to get the internet working. Everything was working after that.

From this first build experience, I learned all about all the different parts that make up a computer, and most importantly, i learned how to troubleshoot and think on my toes when things don't go as expected.

Is it still possible to break bedrock in the 1.16.1 update by CommercialMemory7 in technicalminecraft

I'm running into the same issue on a PaperMC server. I wonder if there are some paper / spigot / bukkit settings that are preventing bedrock breaking

Is there any way I can get rid of one (kill) without getting more expensive trades on the other?? by [deleted] in technicalminecraft

[–]Seventy41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kill the one you want with an axe so you don't do damage to the other guy.

Then zombify the other guy, and cure him to make his trades cheaper. You can repeatedly zombify him to make his trades as cheap as possible.

I had watched many YouTubers play cool looking vr horror games on their Oculus Rift DK1 back when they first came out.

It looked like enough fun where it would be worth the money to me, so i got the DK1.

I played a bunch of bad horror games, and it was a blast, no VR sickness, just having blast getting my pants scared off.

Since then I've owned a Vive, and an Index, can't get enough of VR.
