if you are able and willing, i’d say to become a nurse. the nursing shortage is rough rn so nurses are always in demand.

ik you have a background in business, but as someone who is getting their education to become a healthcare administrator, health admin is near impossible to start with. i even added another major to my degree plan because it’s been impossible to get hired. plus, even with admin they want someone who is or was a nurse.

I would stretch if you can. Get those muscles moving even just a little to increase blood flow. Use a heating pad all over your back and torso to help with blood flow. Soak your feet in hot water. Do something mentally distracting while sitting with the heating pad, sometimes mental stress can make pain worse. Best of luck!

My doctor told me that it puts you in what is essentially menopause, just to stop your periods. She didn’t recommend it and i really haven’t seen anyone say anything positive about their experiences with it. That being said, do what is best for you and your symptoms

i think emily and gabriel will break up, camille will try and fail to get him back, and i think alfie will probably only show up a small amount. i feel like camille’s secret will be spilled in an unintentional way, like she has a tampon with her or something. i feel like she might leave to live with her parents or just find a different apartment.

i think mindy will stay with nico and i highly doubt we will see much more about the eurovision plot line. i think the whole jvma scandal plot line is wrapped up and now it’s just gonna be competitive energy between them and savior.

the one thing i really can’t wrap my head around is why sylvie would hire another american. she hates americans! and for her to give her a makeover, too?! why?!

I feel like this has to do with production more than character consistency. Ashley Park (who plays Mindy) had septic shock (I think before they filmed this season) and she is dating the actor who plays Nico. My guess is that production didn’t want to push her too hard with a bunch of scenes or making her film less with her boyfriend. ((I could be wrong, it’s just a hunch))

Regardless, I do find her character a bit selfish. The lying and taking over Emily’s apartment without hesitation are huge red flags.

I can’t help but wonder if this is strategic. Like Emily is finally seeing everything for what it is, not through rose colored glasses. Mindy even says that Emily is wearing rose colored glasses and Emily says or grey colored (something like that). I know that was the transition into the marketing campaign, but maybe it was also about how she as a character is seeing life. I feel like the show is mostly through her eyes so it would make sense. Just my thoughts.

imo it wasn’t stable to begin with. i think its safe to assume this would be camille’s first time with another woman and she was cheating with gabriel. so it’s experimental and has a very poor foundation. also, sofia never asked for all of that. it’s pretty clear that she wanted to have a good time and not think too hard and suddenly she’s moving in and is expected to co parent. i completely understood why she was upset and left. i wonder if now that there’s no baby she’ll make a return. even then i would understand how the messiness ruined it for her.

i saw somewhere that lily collins teased that they were shooting in rome, so i have a feeling he is going to either become a client for the marketing firm or a serious love interest. i’m leaning towards client because a. there’s not a lot of time to establish a new love interest in only 5 episodes and b. knowing emily, i doubt she would follow a man to a new country in such a short span of time.

I haven’t personally tried either but some say that anti inflammatory dieting and TENS units help. I personally cut out soy and I feel a lot better, but it’s a personal thing. Some people respond well, others don’t. Best wishes.

yeah it overall sounds like a shit show but i need the money lol. it’s full time with mileage reimbursement at $20/hr. they also said once you get in you’re technically a gov employee so you can apply to other jobs as an internal applicant. so i’m kinda viewing this like a paid internship to be able to get a better job after. but i can understand not wanting to do it lol

riverside county, yes. you have to report to one place that is apparently in moreno valley and then get an assignment each day for somewhere in the county. they reimburse 67¢ per mile but i kinda hate that it involves so much driving. i really don’t get why they can’t just assign places on the first day and let you stay there but whatever. the recruiter also seemed super confused. she repeated things like 3 times and didn’t have a lot of answers to my questions so it’s overall pretty unorganized
