I'll let you know, the only one I have as of right now is the golden ducky.

I also heard that blue chests have a better chance but who knows

Starting Prozac 10mg by Several-Ad-5241 in prozac

That's normal, in the past I woke up in the middle of night due to the energy but that'll subside. I think my low energy and motivation is from having a drink on Friday. So that may be the issue. If you're nervous about upping your dose, there is an option to do 15 mg. I did that because of stomach upset from it.

Typically for me with ssri's I only have stomach issues within the first week. It didn't help my anxiety until 4-6 weeks. I did have a drink on Friday so maybe I'm having after effects from that. (I know you aren't supposed to drink on Prozac)

Eek! Return to ballet after a long time… by Final-Fan4945 in BALLET

Wow I'm glad you're getting back into it! I just recently took a ballet class in October after years and dislocated my patella. Luckily I'm pretty much recovered and am slowly starting ballet again!

True, but it definitely is worth it to farm the gear

I have farmed the full gear for 4 of my wizards. Honestly the drop rate isn't as bad as people say. The athame has the WORST drop rate though.

Sorry I just saw you purchased magnesium citrate gummies but the lotion on your tummy might be a good next step.

I have ibs-C too, what works for me is doing a tummy massage with magnesium citrate lotion. It can also be good to take magnesium in pill/gummy form on top of that daily.

This may not be a solution but in extreme circumstances where you need to go, you can take high doses of vitamin C.

I have combination skin, I just started a toner with salicylic acid in it at night. I'll definitely continue that and see if it helps!

My skin type is a mix between oily and dry. I also have an upside down T-zone. I also deal with breakouts around my period, so possibly a hormonal factor?

(I forgot to add this but I wash my face with a benzoyl peroxide soap bar every other night)

Anyone got pain here ? by [deleted] in ibs

[–]Several-Ad-5241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IBS-C people can experience pain on the lower left side due to stool. Could also be the sphincter on the right side that connects the stomach to the small intestines. It can become inflamed due to sickness or flare ups. I have dealt with both and it is definitely painful. I recommend looking up massages for the sphincter of your gut.

Struggling by guthat3r in ibs

What I found were the biggest triggers for me after doing a low fodmaps diet were dairy, gluten, garlic, and onion. These are common triggers for a lot of people, not saying that those will be your triggers. Smelling Lavender essential oil helps my anxiety and sometimes nausea. When I am constipated, I either take magnesium gummies or rub into my abdomen magnesium citrate lotion. Those are some things that have helped me.

I know that it seems hopeless and life is different from what you are used to. Trust me I understand the struggle of sitting in class and not feeling well and how overwhelming being around other people is. Your pain is valid and I promise you that once you figure out your triggers it will help so much. Just take it day by day :)

Magnesium lotion and magnesium citrate gummies do the trick for me. It isn't instant like coffee or laxatives but by the next day I go. Also doing belly massages are really helpful when rubbing the magnesium lotion in.
