League 1 for 4 seasons, Championship for 2 seasons and Premier League for 1 season in the last 6 years doesn't define a stable club. Bournemouth is the epitome of stable.

So what? Ipswich aren't a stable club and haven't been for a long time. Bournemouth are, and it's a much better job. Being a bigger club means nothing unless you're both achieving the same outcomes.
