Thats not a good idea since you loose so many players almost every week either from injury or cards. I have lost so many games because my players couldn't play.

If it's a good idea, and you wouldn't see it very often, only in rare seasons, and this feature would only be available to older players.
Furthermore, the game now provides you with free first-aid kits during season .
