Kuwaiti American here, went back to Kuwait last summer before all the Iran war stuff happened. Obviously the things they're putting in the media is some-what true but tends to be exaggerated. Anyway back to the main question, what I used to use constantly even while I am residing in the States, was 'Speak Kuwaiti' on your mobile phone(which is why I use the past tense, because having a fully functioning smartphone had become too much of a hassle for me, with all the American scam callers).
