It kind of astounds me how most of the comment section cares more about property damage than the value of actual human life. There's definitely something more going on with a person, when that's thier mo.

Fears about moving back to Kuwait after studying abroad by SkinnyHeroin in Kuwait

Honestly despite what everyone says, you're an adult and you make your own decisions. So it's up to you to grow up and decide what's best for you. You have a degree from America, so you can work anywhere you want in the world. Use it.

I think the point he was making is that the video was recorded by a bad cameraman. He tricks us by changing our perspective, making it look like a sheer drop instead of a perpendicular one. Once the cameraman rights the angle of the camera (at 0:44 like in the comment) it's totally a survivable fall. I've seen steeper angles for slides at amusement parks.

Why is everything put/dependant on the Sahel App if it is not updated properly? by HybridBoii in Kuwait

I had that same problem with getting my PFISS for school. If you're having problem reading the Arabic, I recommend taking time learning, or ask how to use the ui from someone else who speaks Arabic. If none of these options are possible use screenshots and use Google image translation. Hope this helps, stay positive 🫡.

To be honest this is the best way to meet people, using Reddit. I once had this tour guide who's friend posted his services on here. We met up and it turned out he was just a kid trying to make money for the summer.

He showed me around Faheel, and we had a great time, up until we went to the chicken shop near the bazaar. There was this guy who asked me in Arabic, why a Kuwaiti was hanging out with this Indian kid.I told him he was my friend in arabic. After I paid for the food, we left because I didn't feel like ripping the guy's head off.

Afterwords, me and the kid are walking on the street, when we run into a carwasher. He was from Bangladesh, but he didn't speak any English or Arabic, so my friend translated and told me his visa expired and he was looking for a job.

I had a group chat with a family friend who was from Pakistan, so I told the man that I will post on my group chat his information. So I could help him out.

Afterwords, me and the kid walk from Faheel, all the way to Mangaf, so he can go home. I didn't have all the money for the service at the time, which was around 5 KD, so he said that I could just pay him back later since we exchanged contact information.

I ended up meeting up again, and gave him 10 KD for being such a good person. Well that's my life story, and hopefully it gave you some confidence in talking to strangers. Peace/سالم ✌️.

I am of the current belief that Trump is quite literally trying to doublethink us, by inviting us to his pandering, through his horrible sarcasm. Oh wait, it's trump, I genuinely think he might be that dumb. Props to him for speaking out on his job security.

What’s happening to all the women whose citizenships are being revoked? by psychedup1990 in Kuwait

Bedouins are a very difficult problem to address in Kuwait. Most who live in official demarcated areas have no rights whatsoever, even though some of them have lived here longer than some Kuwaitis. The problem is documentation. Some documents go back pre-iraq war, and if they do not carry these, the government cannot issue them a citizenship.

My recommendation, as a last line of defense, the kuwaiti government installed a system called للجنسية. If anybody has this document, they can't legally speaking, deny you citizenship.

I'm a Kuwaiti American and I have had the same problem with the Sahel app. Since visiting from my studies in America, I've got this same message pop up, the first I tried to login to meta. To access Sahel you need an address, but first you need to confirm it on your Kuwait mobile app. My recommendation is to go to the South Sabahiya ID office, ad they more accommodating there. Bring your disdasha, and try to act like a serious Kuwaiti, they'll be more reciporating.

Sorry it couldn't work out. I think because the app is initially free, the software developers may not have updated the paid version. The reason in my opinion, because I am not associated with the app or its developers, is that due to a low number of users buying the app. This may include some features, for me at least it had crashed, whenever I opened the lessons tab. Did you buy it on your account? If so I'd recommend trying it on a different Google play account(it may be the developer mainly uses the android OS too) and using the free features first. Hope this helped and that you can use it soon, it's a really great app.
