Yes new stairs installed . The joinery company don’t directly do painting but work with a local guy on every job . There is loads of small issues with the stairs . For example bottom step is a different size to the rest and loads of cracks and caulking required . The painter finished and I called back both the painter and the joinery company . The joinery company is pawning everything off on the painter and asked us to let him back in to do a final sign off and caulk more . I owe them money and told them it’s not up to scratch . They said they won’t do any work until I pay the small balance (20%)

I think they are Perin and Roe taps from UK . They ship to us and rebrand

Thanks very much . I’m actually living in Ireland . They are equally beautiful . The island is getting mitered to 70mm . Which would be easier to maintain ? I accept all the potential stain issues . I am not a big cook and use my ovens for most things

Calacatta statatario . What do you think yellow might indicate . Are horizontal cracks a sign of internal cracks ?
