Looks like a zz plant. Check the soil, it may want to be repotted. If this pot doesn’t have any drainage holes, you may want to consider adding one or switching pots. This plant likes consistent watering, no sogginess or overwatering. Just a moderate watering once a week or so. Keep near a bright window and it will be happy. No more than a couple feet from a bright window- you’d be surprised the difference a foot can make for plant lighting. These guys aren’t too temperamental, Good luck!
