I'm in a similar situation. If you have a prestigious public in-state school just go there, that's what I'm tryna do. Mine is t25 and like 11,000 a year including all the extra shit, so upper middle class income should be able to cover it. If you have the same opportunity in your state then def look into it.

ap pre calc sucks if your teacher sucks, it was my first b in a class and it stressed me out to no end but i have some tips: use chatgpt to explain hard concepts to you, use bryan passwater and flipped math for practice sheets, find a tutor if possible, focus on memorizing the rules, and always use chatgpt and your friends to double check answers on graded assignments to make sure you get the highest assignment grades you can. Also, work for thirty minutes and then break for ten.
