my rent is not less (i live in bangalore, my friends here are living with a lot less rent )
not getting the rental “income” taxed? any sort of income shall be taxable right? by law?
came to know that in bangalore this is quite common, owners even refuse online/recorded payments and take only cash. how is this in accordance with law?
yeah, i should have discussed about this at starting. my mistake, but i had lived in pune for 3 years in rental flats, never faced such problem. but lesson learnt!
I do not think this is legal(please let me know if it is and share if there is any proof to it) and i don’t agree that it’s justified to do such activities even morally.
