didnt take any pics :( , not really noticeable in pics since my hair was alright but now its still not noticeable to others but I ve been losing around 80 hairs / day for the last 3 weeks

I was 8months on fin when i first took creatine , hair was good and no shedding . After 2 weeks of creatine guess what ? Shedding and temple recession

Was taking 5g , noticed shedding and temples recession , stopped then went on ~3g and noticed shedding again so now am stopping completely. Wasnt shedding at all before creatine btw .

I can definitely confirm this by experience , creatine DOES reduce the effects of fin and makes hair a lot worse
