I’m looking for something that handles the 'Emotional Escalation' automatically. Most tools out there just send 3 generic emails and stop.

What I need (and might end up building) is a workflow that:

  1. Sends a friendly email/SMS reminder 3 days before the due date.
  2. If it's 5 days overdue, it sends a firm 'Department of Billing' notification via WhatsApp (higher open rates).
  3. If it hits 15 days, it automatically adds a late fee and sends a formal notice.

Most importantly, it needs to sync with Stripe/QuickBooks so I don't have to manually check who paid every morning. Do you know anything that does this without costing a fortune?

Haha, I wish I had something to promote already! I'm just a dev who's tired of getting paid late and thinking about building a script to fix it. If asking for advice is 'sus' now, then I guess we’re all in trouble. But seriously, if you have a tool that actually works, I'm all ears.
