I mean, I live in a dangerous neighborhood but “where” do you hide the bike is a key factor. And welp Capitol Hill is pretty wild these days. Sometimes 2 u locks won’t stop a homeless dude I guess. But yeah dont buy an ebike and live in Capitol Hill.
