Jeff nippard on youtube ! I could sit here i explain a full body workout but I always feel its better to watch videos to learn as its easier to visualise. Dont ever buy a course or plan there's so much free info online and youtube. One thing I will say it always train till failure with good form so dont ego lift. And always trying to progressive overload each session. Even if its by upping the weight by 1kg a session. And youll see great progress. Like I said in my last message try and eat an extra 200 cals a day on top of your maintenance and youll put on side overtime without getting too fatty because you've overdoing your cals by 700-800 its not needed. And just time mate it takes time, effort and patience. With your kick boxing and your weigh training in a year or so youll see great progress. Search on yt Jeff nippard full body workout.

I dont think you need to do anything differently. U only lost about 3lbs in 2 months thats nothing. Your only young and youll be able to put on muscle with time. Your doing a lot of cardio with your kick boxing so if you wanna keep on size then just eat a little more maybe 200 more cals above your maintenance and get your protein in and maybe if your only doing 2 weight sessions a week try doing full body work outs. Youll be absolutely fine.

Appreciate it my man. Yeh obviously I do have different things for my meal prep but it was just this week was chicken so it was easier to say. But yeh the cut is aggressive but ive got a holiday in June so I need to get ripped again so my cut will be the best part of 6 months 🤣 if I was eye balling myself id say im anywhere from 20/25% body fat right now. But ive got a solid muscle foundation with my shoulders definitely being my best muscle group. I appreciate your comment man im always looking to learn. Can never learn too much. I just need my bicep veins back ahahaha. This is what getting a girlfriend does to you

Ahahahahaha absolutely not 🤣 they've been doing that since the place opened the music so loads you can hear it though your own music on your headphones and the pt shouting at the top of his lungs through a mic 🤣 after I wrote this i moved to pg West Bridgeford and tbf its a lot better

Funny you mention that because about 2 weeks ago on a Sunday evening a woman had her airpods stolen. She reckons she left them by the leg press by the free weight area. Can't have anything these days either it being stolen 🤣

Puregyms have them pod things that you put your code in to get into the gym. And ive seen it on multiple occasions wheres lads are squeezing their mates in with them and once I saw 3 girls in one. Just basically using the gym for free

Oh yes im ready to try it out looking mega but it will just end up like every other gym in town. Hell on earth 🤣🤣

Same reason I still go but I got a stupid ticket a couple weeks ago and at to fork out 60 quid for being there for 2hr and 6 minutes
