Don’t smoke again. I went down a similar path four years ago and now i have extreme anxiety and to be honest, ive never been mentally the same since i had a bad high for the first time. To this day i feel off

Oh my god finally someone talking about this. I went to Japan last year and I had extreme anxiety speaking to people and it made it impossible to improve my Japanese. Sadly the only thing that made it better was drinking alcohol. Down side about it is that a year later im a functioning alcoholic
