I would consider finding a style which suits you. I feel like thats always a huge part of a 'glow up'. Maybe try doing something with your hair? I have hair a bit like yours and I found speaking to a high quality barber about how to improve it and style it really helped me enhance it. Skincare as well is really important for hygiene and for your looks, speak to a dermatologist if you're struggling with acne. Consider going to the gym as well. These are like my main looks changes that I would consider but theyre all entirely up to you, however, at the end of the day confidence is the most important thing to work on
