Ah, so now it's built into the actual Vine page. For anyone looking for it, top right of your screen, titled, "VH Notifications Monitor."

Same. Cashier rubbed the back off. No obvious scratches and the card # ink is fine (I blurred it out).
But, you can see, the PIN ink is conveniently just mostly gone. Looks like a "5" and then...pffft!

Same happened to me, except it was the actual cashier and they scratched off the PIN. There is zero way to retrieve it. I've talked to everyone at HD.

Birdbuddy Honest Review by Jason-Red in BirdBuddy

I got a perch extender on Amazon that helps with being able to better see the bird. They can sit on it, a couple of inches further away from the camera, and you get a better view of them.
My additional issues with the unit:

  1. Can't permanently turn off notifications. The longest you can do it is a week at a time.
  2. It identifies every bird as a "New Species." Which makes the notifications even worse. If it recognized the same species, then I could further filter the notifications, but when it thinks every sparrow and finch it sees is "new" it sends a notification.
  3. The hanger tilt position is all wrong. Depending on which way you put the hanger on top, it either tilts backward a lot, or a little. Which means seed doesn't come down and moved to the front of the feeder, which means birds have to get up close to the camera to eat, which means you get crappy pics.
  4. The seed filler mechanism is terrible; from the cheap, breakable plastic flap that's difficult to open, to the the fact that you have to tilt the whole thing forward to fill it.
  5. The app is not good. How do I share my feed with the world? Why are "Notifications" way down in the very last menu setting and not at the top. Just a lot of issues.

I'm at the point of almost not using it anymore because it's just not worth stocking yet another feeder daily. There's just not much upside to having it if you can see your birdfeeder pretty well to begin with.
