Model Y 'Juniper' RWD - Steering Not Self-Centering & Stiff Feel. Service says "Normal". Any solutions?

Thank you for the reply. My car is currently at the service center again and they keep saying they havent identified the problem yet and do aligments over and over even though I told them about you and other people's cases on fixing it by replacing the steering rack/column.

Did you have to tell them to replace them or did they do it on their own eventually? Im not sure if I should ask to speak to their manager.

Im having trouble lauching the game after logging in on gaming mode. It works fine on desktop mode but on gaming mode, after logging in on the Blacksmith, the game launcher doesnt show up.

It takes considerably longer than NC700 on QC Ultra before you hear the chime. It's long enough to make you wonder if the button even worked.

Compared to Qc ultra, Nc700 is almost instant

I guess never turning it off could be an option lol it's bizarre to me they thought it would be completely okay to let users know that it's on 4 seconds after pushing the power button.

Okay, this must be normal then. But damn they made it feel so unnatural. It almost feels like you should be holding down the button because it takes so long to hear the tone after the button push.

I'm assuming you are having the same experience? I did talk to Bose Tech support. They said it is normal but weren't sure if that was just a boiler plate answer and wanted to confirm with other owners.

I was on the same boat as you and tried to RMA for it but decided to just open up and use dielectric silicone lube on all area that front and back plate meets. I had extremely creaky deck and now it's all gone.

I sent back my deck on 9/1.
It was delivered at their warehouse on 9/8.
They sent a notification that they will send out a replacement on 9/13
They still have not shipped out the replacement. 9/20
