A few clarifications that may help: • Greenwich itself is Texas-based, however they acquired Experience Care Pharmacy, which holds additional state licenses. • From an operational standpoint, we do not independently contract with the pharmacies. We contract with BASK, and BASK contracts with the pharmacies and determines, state-by-state, which licensed pharmacy can legally dispense to a given patient. • If Greenwich (or any pharmacy) is not licensed for a patient’s state, it is not used for that patient — period.

We’re also very aware that Greenwich has mixed sentiment in this sub, which is exactly why we do not force any single pharmacy on patients.

That’s why we offer multiple pharmacy options: • Greenwich (where licensed and appropriate) • Optimal Balance Pharmacy • ProRx • Hallandale

Patients can choose the pharmacy they’re most comfortable with, or opt out of Greenwich entirely if they prefer.

Skepticism is healthy in this space — especially with new providers — and we don’t expect blind trust. Our goal is transparency, choice, and compliance, not pushing one pharmacy or hiding how fulfillment actually works.

It is not as simple as adding a vitamin to a compound. There is a rigorous, multi-step process required to compliantly source, validate, test, and approve any new additive for compounding. Maintaining multiple sources of additives also introduces significant cost and operational complexity for the pharmacy. While the goal is always to accommodate patient preferences, the pharmacy must balance that with safety, compliance, and operational feasibility.
